ご自分の条件にあった学生会館を見つけたら、見学をお勧めします。見学の際は希望の日時をあらかじめ当財団までご連絡ください。見学をせずに申し込むこともできます。
It is highly recommended that you take a dormitory tour before making a contract.
所定の「入寮申込書」に必要事項を記入し、FAXまたは郵送にて当財団までお送りください。
Fill in an application form and submit it to us by fax or mail.
申込金５,０００円を入金していただくことにより、お部屋を確保することができます。なお、ご入金いただいた申込金は、申込をお取り消しになっても返金いたしませんので、ご了承ください。
In order to book your room,application fee (5,000yen) is incurred when you submit an application form. The fee is not refundable even if you cancel it.
お申込み後、契約書を発行し、契約費用等についてご案内いたします。
入寮契約の手続きは原則として当財団事務局にて行いますので、契約に必要な費用と書類を持参し、当財団までお越しください。
A contract procedure will be made in our office,
please bring the documents and expense that you are required for a contract.
ご入寮後、寮費の支払いは、毎月ご本人様宛てに請求書をお送りしますので、請求書を確認後２７日までに翌月の寮費を寮にて現金でお支払いください。
After you enter the dormitory we will send you monthly bills.
Please pay it in cash to the dormitory manager by the 27th of the month.
